Harris has an immediate opening for a Machining Superintendent . The functions of this department manager are to provide technical expertise in the machining departments and support for all aspects of Harris manufacturing. Responsibilities: The individual will report to the General Manager and be based in Cordele, Georgia. The individual will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the machine shop as well as creating and maintaining production schedules based on plant requirements, as well as planning for future training, growth and employee succession. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision. Compensation Package: The compensation package for this position includes a market-based salary.
